Period of time: 2004-2006

Participation in a small team of coordinators of all major IT operations projects in Københavns Amt. Daily work consisted mainly of coordinating business needs with IT operations project managers and 3rd party hardware/software vendors.

Notable projects included implementing ITIL and having the role of technical project manager in the switch from Siemens to NNIT as outsourced IT operations partner.

During this period literally hundreds of projects have been coordinated from very small software upgrades to implementing large and complicated healthcare systems.
