Great little utility to create random names that are country specific. It takes a first name and a surname at random from lists based on the most common names used for UK and Germany (easily expanded to other countries).

It keeps track of already generated names, so one doesn't by accident get 2 NPC/AI characters with the same name in the same game.

Examples of names generated:
* Ethan O'Connor
* Jamie Scott
* Otto Moltke
* Rudi Simmel
